This special balsamic vinegar of Modena is matured in wooden casks of oak, chestnut and cherry for three years at least. Its bouquet is intense and harmonic with a sweet and sour taste. Wonderful on red meats (filets, roast, bollito) as well as on raw or cooked vegetables, cheese, on strawberries, or on vanilla ice cream.
